What is Friends Of Cromer High School?

Some of Your Questions Answered!

What can being a Friend of Cromer High School do for my family?

Offer you the chance to get to know other people while taking part in a range of activities, raise money for the school, and provide a place to
discuss education issues.

Are the Friends of Cromer High School cliquey?
We try to make gatherings as informal as possible and welcome
newcomers and make sure that everyone feels comfortable. The more parents/carers who take an active part the better.

How much time will it take up?
It depends on you. An occasional helper can do as little or as much as they like eg sell raffle tickets, run a stall, or help to organise a bigger event.

It is all fund raising?
Although fund raising is an important part of our role, it is intended to have some fun evenings but we need people like you to bring new ideas to the committee. The more active people are the more fun we can have.

My child thinks I should not come into school because they feel
embarrassed!

The more parents that are involved will help to overcome this problem. It is because a few are always available that they stand out.

How do I join the Friends?
You are automatically a member when your child joins the school.

How do I get more involved?
Complete the form and give it to one of the Committee members or hand it in to the school office
